CU: you may use in your pu scrap kits
PU: you may use as pu in your tag creations
CU4PU: you may use in your pu scrap kits and your customers may use as pu
CU4CU: you may use in your pu scrap kits or sell as cu packs if cu4cu license has been purchased
Please Note :

Which Means :
. You May Use As PU In Your Tag Creations, Blog Layouts, Timeline Sets, Tutorials, Etc..
You May not sell in any way.
You must add copyright info.
* DO NOT USE AS CU 4 CU!
* Do not put in element packs.
* No freebies allowed.
* Do not use any part of this Tube or any element from this Tube to make
a new tube. Do not mix n match any other tubes with this one.Do not rip Tube apart.
* DO not change the Tube character ( ie turning a cat into a bunny)
* No single element from this Tube can be put out on its own.
* Must be in merged format only ( NO LAYERS)
* NO sharing of any kind ( friends, websites, clouds,file sharing sites,groups)
* When using tube as a CU element in any kits,
You MUST make sure of the following:-
* Include in scrap kit that has AT LEAST 50 or more Elements
* Scrap Kits MUST also include at LEAST 10 Papers or more
* YOU MAY NOT Include tube in a scrap that has LESS THAN 50 Elements
* YOU CAN NOT put more then 2 tubes per kit no matter what.
**TOU APPLIES**
YOU MAY NOT:
* Sell as a Stand alone PU or CU Tube
* Include in an Element pack and sold as CU or PU
* Include in a “Kit” that has less than 50 Elements
(Even if it’s advertised as PU, it is NOT a Kit, it is classed as an Element Pack)
You must credit the Tube's as follows:
Commercial Use TOU
This product is for Commercial or Personal Use
You May NOT:
Share this product in any form or Upload to any other sites
Use any of these items to add to other CU pack's or as any type of CU for sale
Claim as your own or create designer tools
Make kits containing only my products
NO CU4CU ALLOWED
You MAY:
Recolor and resize to suit your needs
Use in your PTU kits for sale as personal use only
Make tags, blog layouts, websets, and quick pages
Use the preview in groups, in tutorials, and challenges
but please direct them to my blog and/or the store you purchased the product from:
CU: you may use in your pu scrap kits
For commercial use, per the tube artist:
-You can include this tube in a scrap kit you create that has at least 50 elements and at least 6 papers.
-You can not include this tube in a kit or package of less than 50 elements.
-You can not resell the tube.
-can NOT be RESOLD as CU OR PU.
R4R
You should read the TOU R4R rules.
You can do:
1 Sell as a single tube;
2 Sell as CU, PU, CU / PU, CU4PU;
3 Sell as an elemental package;
4 Sell as PNG image fusion.
You can not:
1 Sell any form PSD template;
2 Sell in multilayer form.
People who buy from your store:
What they can do: include a set that has 50 or more elements and which includes at least 6 papers - this should be included in your TOU and in the Description when loading to stores.
What they can not do:
1. Include in the kit, which has less than 50 elements;
2.Include item in the package and sold as CU or PU;
3. Sell as PU or CU tube.
Your TOU must have a prohibition on reselling a tube as CU or PU.
They can be used as a CU in the kit and cannot be resold as a separate tube in its original form.
It should also be that the kit must contain 50 or more elements and at least 6 papers.
You can have a maximum of 6 png in any CU / PU package.
You can’t sell tubes less than $1.
Sales and promotions are ALLOWED 1 time every 3 months for 1 week!

ALL YOUR WORK MADE WITH MY R4Rs ELEMENTS PACKS EACH ELEMENT HAVE TO BE MERGED IN PNG FORMAT AT THE END !
YOU HAVE TO ADD COPYRIGHTs NAMEs ON YOUR TOU's or on YOUR PREVIEW : For example's © JuliaFox, © ArthurCrowe, © SwanScrap
WHAT YOU CAN DO -
- You can sell them "as it" (without making changes on them but merged at the end) or make changes by adding other elements on them (from your own not from other artists) ;
- You can recolor them or keep the original colors ;
- You can sell them in CU Packs (no 30% limitation) and add in the packs with other elements from other artists (if you want) ;
- You can sell them as CU, CU/PU, CU/PU "alone" (means just the element in a file as CU for PU Kits) ;
- You can sell them as part of a Free Gift
WHAT YOU CANNOT DO -
- No CU4CU are allowed.
- You can't claim the work as your own (it's why Copyright is needed on the your TOU's and/or your preview)
- You can't sell the PSD templates "layered" : they have to be merged in PNG format !
- You can't make templates layered neither !
- You are not allowed to share them in "CU/PU Freebies" or in a FTU PU Kit unless it is a ‘Free Gift with Purchase’ product.
- You can not resell products less than $1.
- When purchasing elements packs in this group, you cannot resell them as "BuyMyStore".
